Nice to meet you! I'm Sheila.
A decade ago, I left my job at a fast-paced Silicon Valley startup in search of something deeper—adventure, healing, and self-discovery.
I traveled to healing destinations and immersed myself in practices like yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and meditation (including 150 hours of teacher training). I lived in the Mediterranean, visited Blue Zones, and explored every supplement, superfood, and wellness trend I could find.
Along the way, I earned a certificate in Holistic Nutrition, devoured every book I could get my hands on, and tested countless programs.
Through it all, one truth kept emerging—wellness doesn’t need to be complicated, and no single practice holds all the answers.
So, I simplified. I experimented, shared what I learned, and now I offer a grounded, practical approach to true wellness—one shaped by my own journey.
